Our monitoring services allow us to see some issues before you feel the impact of them. We can proactively log a call with a vendor if a connection has an issue, we will look for issues with latency and jitter and will be able to see if packets are dropped across links, allowing us to address issues before they become business affecting, while also enabling us to identify unusual activity and or any capacity issues that may arise.
