Organisations approach us for help for many different reasons, some customers have very specific needs and are clear on the technology they want to address the gaps. In other instances, customers want to achieve something specific and are open to recommendations on solutions that best deliver their needs. Sometimes help is needed where an existing supplier isn’t able to fulfil one or two aspects of a project; or a customer has been let down with poor service.
