This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Group so when we mention “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the companies in the Group responsible for processing your data. We will let you know which entity will be the controller for your data when you purchase a product or service with us. MXLG Intermediate Holdings Limited is the controller and responsible for this website.

Analytics
Koris365 uses third-party software for analytics. All metrics information collected from your usage of our website(s) shall be transmitted to our analytics provider. This information is then used to evaluate how users use the Koris365 website, and to compile statistical reports on activity for us. We further use the same statistical analytics tool to track or to collect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Third party analytics software will not share your PII or associate your PII with any other data held by them. We use WP Engine, Lead Forensics, TechTarget, LinkedIn, HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.
If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
